Free Pack Of GoodNites Diapers

My free pack of Goodnites diapers that I have been expecting for how many weeks finally came in the mail today. I actually kinda lost my hopes that I would get it because it had been over 3 weeks since I got an email about this, plus the first email was a big mistake! The second email explained what had happened and that I would still get a free sample and get paid to write a post for it. So I am a happy camper now knowing that I got a free pack of diapers plus get paid for it afterwards!

Turning 27 In A Little Over A Week

Yup! I am turning 27 years old in a little over a week! Before, I was dreading to be in that number because it is only 3 years before I reach 30 and to me, I consider it old once someone reach 30. But now, I am realizing that those are just numbers. The important thing is how I feel inside. I really don't feel like I am turning 27, in fact, I still feel the same when I was 16 years old! LOL! I am also very THANKFUL to our good LORD above for giving me another year to be with my family. I am also very THANKFUL for all the things that HE showered me, small and big things especially for my two beautiful boys!

Anyway, now I am really excited for my upcoming birthday next week. Since I was on the diet for almost a week, I already told my better half that I want to go to the Chinese Buffet on my birthday! Nobody should tell me NO on my special day and I am looking forward to it. I know it will put more weight on me but I am gonna work HARDER to sweat it out!!

Gardening Is One Of My Hobbies!

This post brought to you by Miracle-Gro. All opinions are 100% mine.

Gardening has always been one of my favorite hobbies even when I was still in the Philippines. I wanted to have my own little garden at home and I've tried many times but somehow it just wasn't thriving! I think it's because I just plucked the plants from somewhere, we couldn't afford to buy plants from a nursery store because they were expensive and we didn't have that much money when I was growing up!

Anyhow, now that I am in America, I now have my own flowering garden here with so many beautiful flowers planted in it. What a pleasure it is for me to be able to plant anything that I want in my garden, and of course, all that hard work pays off when the plants starts to bloom with gorgeous, vibrant and beautiful flowers! I am always open to any fun garden projects that could add character to my garden or inside the house or porch  or anywhere!

Anyway, so I stumble upon The Gro Project on facebook that got me to really want to try it. There are different kinds that you can try out. Me and my kids already tried out the Toyarium and it was a lot of fun and a very easy to do! Now I want to try the Origami one! Below is what it looks like and step by step on how to do it. You can also watch embedded video below the picture...

As you can see above, you can pretty much find the materials to make this project at home. All I need to buy is probably just the Miracle-Gro Shake’n Feed All Purpose Plant Food! I can't wait to try this project! It would look so good on our porch!

Oh before I forget, Miracle-Gro has some other products that you can try out. Aside from the Shake'n Feed for your indoor or container garden, there is also a Moisture Control Potting Mix that you can try. And for in-ground garden, you can try the LiquaFeed All Purpose Plant Food Advance Starter Kit. And if I may mention, you can follow Miracle-Gro on Pinterest and share your stories with other fellow gardeners!

Thankful For The Blessings Yesterday!

In my 3 years of blogging, I have never had so much tasks pouring in like I had yesterday! I received 17 tasks from 3 different paying blogging sites that I am member to! I couldn't hardly believe it but it was real! I am very much thankful to our good GOD for all the blessings he showered yesterday. HE knows very well that I needed it. It has been so quite for me in the blogging world for 3 weeks until yesterday!

Anyway, I wasn't able to finish all the tasks assigned to me last night so I am trying to finish them tonight but I don't think I will be able to finish them tonight either. I still have two more to go but they won't be expiring next week. So I am saving those two for something to do tomorrow so I won't be bored! ;)

Going On A Diet

So I already decided that I am going on a diet for about a week or two. This is not gonna be a regular diet like eating salad or fruits. The diet that I have chosen to go onto is called a "Juice Diet". I selected this specific diet because it is proven that it is effective and I've seen it with my own eyes too! My husband went onto this diet several months ago and it was amazing and impressive how much he had lost!

I am very thankful that he will be doing this diet again. Even if he didn't have to, he didn't really gain the weight back. He lost about 30 lbs while he was on the diet for about 2 months. He's doing the diet again to lose 20 more lbs! I really applaud him for making this smart decision. He also convinced my mother-in-law and stepdaughter to do it with us, so it's gonna be the whole family who's gonna be doing this juice diet except for the two little ones!

We will be starting tomorrow, we will see who will lose most weight and who have the most will power to go through it for about a week or two. I know my husband does, so it's gonna be between us three girls! And for that, GOODLUCK to us three!
